How invitations work
Planning Story is an event planning platform that allows hosts to organize reunions, gatherings, and group events. When a host creates an event in Planning Story, they may invite guests by selecting contacts from their phone or by sharing an RSVP link. Guests receive SMS messages only after being personally invited by a host or after voluntarily providing their phone number through the Planning Story app or website.
SMS messages may include account verification codes, invitations, RSVP confirmations, event reminders, schedule updates, and event-related notifications. Planning Story does not send marketing or promotional messages, and we do not sell or share phone numbers with third parties for advertising purposes.
Guests can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from Planning Story. Message and data rates may apply.
